I absolutely love this! For those fighting excess weight or seeking to boost immunity, a dosage of 1500-3000 mg is recommended. In cases of cardiovascular diseases, liver and kidney issues, or acute infections, a lower dose of 1000-1500 mg is suggested. For intense athletes or heavy manual labourers, 1500-3000 mg and 500-2000 mg, respectively, is appropriate. A deficiency may lead to weakness, apathy, and fatigue. There's no identified toxicity, and L-carnitine can be synthesised in the body. Unlike D-carnitine, which lacks biological activity, L-carnitine is effective in revitalising those with heart failure, especially with coenzyme Q10.

This is my third time using L-carnitine, a vitamin-like compound that enhances fat burning. It’s beneficial for weight loss, gaining lean mass, and for boosting the effects of fat burn during dieting. I recommend taking it in the morning, before training, and with meals throughout the day.
